Static Pots

The Static Range of Capdan Pots include the Phutu Pot Range and the “Econo”Apollo Range. Both variations are non-tilting with no mixer. Used extensively for the mass production of all menu items ranging from mealie-pap, rice, stews, puddings, pie fillings to sauces, gravies, pasta and more… Special designed vessels with higher temperatures and higher design pressures are available on request.
