It is generally accepted that each service tray will include an Aladdin insulated base & dome plus the relevant cutlery & crockery as accessories.
FEATURES:
- Modular, insulated, lightweight but rugged construction.
- Insulated body is manufactured by the thermoforming process in durable ABS polymer with a surface skin of UV and stain resistant acrylic.
- One door per compartment, each open 160degrees for ease of access. Each door is provided with stainless steel handle.
- The body consists of modular panels each fitted with an internal metal chassis and injected with polyurethane foam to achieve structural rigidity coupled with excellent insulation properties.
- A stainless steel push/pull handle is located at either end at a convenient height to avoid back strain.
- All panels have recessed areas to accommodate vinyl adhesive inserts that can be colour-coded and printed to match the client’s décor and logo.
- The wheel-base is manufactured from linear low density polyethylene. The 30 tray trolley includes six heavy-duty 125mm. non-marking castors, 4 swivel castors on the outside, with brakes and two fixed middle castors. Our smaller 20 and 10 tray units have a four wheel base.
- Internally, the trolley includes easy glide shelves to support the service trays.
- The moulded ABS material top has a marine edge to avoid articles sliding off.
- Insulated beverage container can be accommodated on top of trolley body.
