Plating Conveyors

The overall length of the conveyor shall be determined by the clients specific requirements. The standard width of the conveyor is 605mm. The top of the conveyor is manufactured from 1.6mm thick grade 304 stainless steel. Side panels are manufactured from grade 430 stainless steel 0.9mm thick. The conveyor is open to the underside.

FEATURES:

  • One direction food quality belt (F10) of 500mm wide
  • Stainless steel removable covers house the drive roller and the idle roller.
  • One one end of the conveyor a s/s distribution box is fitted housing the necessary circuit breakers, variable speed control, earth leakage etc.   The Idle roller is fitted to the opposit end.
  • Motor is installed above the distribution box.
  • One stop start switch and one emergency stop switch fitted as standard
  • Stainless steel legs with adjustable die cast aluminium feet
